2017 Audi Q3

The new 2017 Audi Q3 undoubtedly offers a luxurious ride and ambience that underpins the appealing character of the brand. Although, poor fuel economy, mediocre utility, and uninspiring performance could be the very reasons that work against it. Its date of release should be expected in March 2017 according to recent reports.

Some of its strengths include a luxury feature galore, comfortable and serene interior, and a well-appointed cabin. If it’s bigger sibling – Audi Q5 is anything to go by, we are in for big things as the pintsize Q3 walks on the same vestigial. In most ways, the two siblings share various features and technologies together such as a compliant ride, cabin quality, and serene character. Additionally, it comes laden with lots of desirable equipment even for the base model.

On the other hand, while the Q3 only debuted a few years ago, there are other vehicles in the segment that are more appealing and new on the surface. This might be as a result of Audi building the vehicle overseas. The result of this is lots of outdated features such as turbocharged four-cylinder engine, and a finicky infotainment system.

Other areas the Q3 scores dismally include the awkward control placement, lack of a USB port, lackluster fuel economy ratings, and an uninspiring performance. Some of its alternatives include the 2017 BMW X1, the 2017 Lexus NX 200t, and the 2017 Mini Countryman. Even so, the Q3 still deserves some merit in terms of its sophisticated style, but otherwise, you might find other alternatives better.

Interior wise, you might be fooled to think just because the Q3 is the most affordable SUV in Audi roster, the interior materials you get are skimpy. Well, this is Audi folks! And regardless of the cost, every Audi vehicle has a set of quality threshold it has to pass before it is actually called an Audi in the first place.

That said, the Q3 offers a fine interior appointment that underlines Audi’s core value – quality.
