Well, in addition to the above features, the Subaru Impreza 5-door also gains more power, a standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and a spacious interior. For starters, the Subaru Impreza primary appeal has always been its all-time AWD system, and its spacious interior that provides ample leg- and headroom for its front and rear-seat passengers. Things have even gotten better with the new model thanks to an addition 1-inch wheelbase increment that means an even more spacious cabin.
It’s Slowly Growing
The exterior hasn’t been left out in the new equation, too. The width and length grow by 1.5-inches and 1.6 inches respectively. Although Subaru is yet to make the curb weight information known, rumors have it that it hasn’t changed over the model it replaces. What we do know however, is that the body structure is now stiffer than before for purposes of improving occupant protection and handling.
2017 Subaru Impreza Sport trim aficionados will also find the Active Torque Vectoring feature an added boost to its lively performance. Even with such an immense all-rounded growth in multiple facets, the Subaru Impreza still faces a lot of serious competition. The rivals include the Mazda 3, and the Honda Civic.
